Leadership 215 provides a dynamic user experience, making the courses more accessible and trackable for students and cohort leaders. This program can be adapted to a wide variety of ministry contexts.

Your Role

You can enroll people into your cohort, view and respond to their coursework, and track their progress.

You can rearrange the sequence of courses, set a custom schedule, and customize any supplemental assignments you want to add.

You can meet in person or online to facilitate discussion for students who viewed the lessons online ahead of time or teach the lessons live.

Our Role

We provide online training to help you customize, launch, and lead a cohort effectively.

We provide informational updates via email and make course upgrades on an annual basis.

We provide consultation and advice as needed based on years of fruitful experience in running local cohorts.

Nearly 200 cohorts with 2000 students from 50 nations are successfully using Leadership 215 in a variety of contexts. These cohorts are led by dedicated leaders like you. With our help, you too can equip your existing and emerging leaders.
